What to do: Offset the character more to the left. Mouth shapes you need: "A" sound (wide open) "G,H,I,J" sound (teeth showing) "O,U" sound (kissing shape) "F,V" sound (upper teeth on top of lower lip) "M,P" (lips pressed down on each other)
You will want the mouth shape to appear half a second before the sound.
Yeah, once you figure it out, it becomes really easy. AE + flash can work well together for animation but it becomes a real mess as soon as you have dialogue because AE does not import te sound from the SWF files. (very ridiculous)
